Job Title: Business Controller - South America, Tires Division

Main activities:

1. Support and enable timely business decisions in collaboration with the Head of Business across different markets.
2. Act as a business partner to promote operational improvements.
3. Manage forecast processes and support budget execution.
4. Analyze and enhance regional business and controlling processes.
5. Monitor and control period expenses and variable costs.
6. Explain profit and loss variations.
7. Review company financial statements.
8. Oversee sales accruals control and implementation.
9. Conduct internal controls and internal audit activities.
10. Manage commercial contracts and oversee their implementation.
11. Maintain relevant knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IFRS, and internal procedures.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
