We seek candidates who are curious, take responsibility, and want to contribute to the growth of Integration with a diverse team. A background in business/engineering/economics and consulting experience is valued, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or similar.
• Prior experience in management consulting or a similar environment.
• Interest in addressing complex client issues with commitment to growth.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; creative problem-solving.

• Plan activities/workstreams with the consultant/manager, ensuring progress and on-time delivery.
• Within the work scope, obtain data and information needed to define and analyze the problem.
• Generate structured materials and present content clearly and assertively.
• Develop the delivery with the client’s team and secure necessary alignments and validations.

As a M&S Business Analyst you will have some responsibilities:

• plan activities/workfronts with the consultant/manager, guarantee constant alignment of the progress, and deliver on time
• Within one's work scope, obtain the data and information needed to define and analyse the problem.
• Generate structured materials and present the content in a clear and assertive manner.
• Develop the delivery together with the client’s team and guarantee the necessary alignments and validations.
