We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in translating complex business problems into actionable insights and solutions.

In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading analytical projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
2. Creating and maintaining dashboards, developing analytical models, and conducting deep-dive analyses to support business decisions.
3. Documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions aligned with organizational goals.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to define success metrics, track performance, and provide project updates.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You should stay current with BI tools and methodologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SQL and Big Data
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Technical savvy and eagerness to learn independently
• Proven track record of managing large datasets
• Understanding of eCommerce and B2B
• Experience with other BI/Data visualization tools
