Role

We invite professionals with a university degree interested in strategy & management consulting to apply for the role of Business Analyst I in our Finance & Management Practice, one of our six areas of expertise:

• Marketing & Sales: brand management, category management, commercial due diligence, consumer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, innovation strategy, market scan & entry, omnichannel strategy, portfolio management, pricing strategy, sales governance, strategic planning, trade marketing, PRM
• Supply Chain: customer satisfaction & competitiveness, planning & supply chain integration, operational efficiency, procurement transformation, retail supply chain, supply chain strategy
• Finance & Management: applied strategy, mergers & acquisitions, organization & processes, efficiency
• Implementation: go-to-market strategy implementation, post-merger integration, project portfolio management, supply chain network transformation, retail footprint expansion
• Leadership & Organization: change management, cultural shaping, employee journey, HR transformation, organizational model & governance, performance management & career development, workforce planning
• Tech & Digital: automation & control, consumer & user experience, continuous innovation, digital competencies, analytics, value proposition

The primary responsibilities include:

Skills

We value professionals who:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or related fields; an MBA is a plus
• Have 1+ year of experience in management consulting or related areas (not required but preferred)
• Are fluent in English
