This role
The Financial Analyst supports FP&A functions, budgeting & forecasting, accounting analysis, processes, and financial reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Review and optimize queries used by the finance team.
2. Monitor and adjust the assignment and settlement flow.
3. Support new requests and analysis from the finance team using SQL.
4. Automate accounting and financial processes using BI tools.
5. Support audit and regulatory compliance.
6. Assist with new processes related to Credit Line and e-commerce initiatives.
7. Help migrate and create new reports and data sources for the new BI vendor.
8. Assist in accounting processes.
9. Collaborate with the finance team to optimize processes.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business or related discipline.
2. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
3. Strong understanding of SQL and databases.
4. 2+ years of experience.
5. Analytical thinking and soft skills like communication and collaboration.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Problem-solving mindset.
8. Previous experience in Finance/Accounting processes is a plus.
