Your role and responsibilities

1. Collect, elaborate, elicit, analyze, and document requirements—business and technical.

2. Run requirements workshops & events in collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, and delivery leadership teams.

3. Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager who leads the overall project effort.

4. Have knowledge or experience in Energy Utilities (preferred).

5. Develop documentation, including dataset component mapping artifacts and system integration context documents for complex projects.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Solid experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering methodologies, leading requirement workshops, creating detailed documentation, and requirements traceability.

• Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall approaches.

• Strong visual diagramming skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience or knowledge in Energy Utilities.
