Role Responsibilities

1. Establish positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations.
2. Assist in evaluating client requirements, effort estimation, and promote standard solutions to maximize revenue.
3. Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and facilitate sign-offs.
4. Identify critical business impact issues and document client environment and functionality.
5. Participate in release management, audits, and internal projects, ensuring smooth code deployment.
6. Contribute to project/development plans and adapt as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Client consulting experience to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, technical design, and presentation.
• Advanced English skills in speaking, listening, and writing.
