ABC Fitness is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage Brazilian employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, acting as the main contact for benefits inquiries. You will collaborate with brokers and insurers to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.

You will partner with Payroll and People Operations to ensure accurate deductions and regulatory compliance, maintaining HRIS records and supporting audits and reporting.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of benefits administration experience in Brazil.
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian employee benefits and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with brokers, insurers, and vendors.
• Ability to manage routine transactions and inquiries independently.
• Experience using HRIS to maintain records and reconcile data.
