Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking an Agente de Onboarding SMB/LATAM to deploy and activate new academies and studios in SMB and LATAM segments. You will ensure correct configuration, timely delivery, and a positive customer experience, handling migrations, module setup, and documentation with a focus on ready-to-operate delivery within SLAs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end academy setup, integration configuration, data migrations, and clear client communication while maintaining internal documentation

Qualifications

• Handle onboarding for SMB and LATAM clients with clear, empathetic communication.
• Configure modules and integrations per client contracts, payments, and invoices.
• Execute end-to-end setup of new academies and migrations with SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform full onboarding setup for SMB/LATAM academies.
• Configure client modules and integrations per contract scope.
• Migrate data and verify delivery with the client.
• Ensure delivery is ready-to-operate within defined SLAs.
• Maintain and update configuration and process documentation.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients during onboarding.
• Report issues and improvements to Supervisor.

Agente de Onboarding SMB/LATAM

Missão: Realizar a implantação e ativação técnica de novas academias e estúdios nos segmentos SMB e LATAM, garantindo configuração correta, tempo de entrega e experiência positiva do cliente.

• Executar o setup completo de novas academias (SMB e LATAM).
• Configurar módulos e integrações conforme escopo do cliente (contratos, meios de pagamento, NFs, etc.).
• Conduzir migrações de dados e validar entregas com o cliente.
• Garantir a entrega “ready to operate” dentro dos SLAs definidos.
• Registrar e atualizar documentações de configuração e processos internos.
• Comunicar‑se de forma clara e empática com o cliente durante a implantação.
• Reportar erros, melhorias e boas práticas ao Supervisor.
• Não é responsabilidade: Gerenciar relacionamento comercial (papel do Key Account).
• Conduzir treinamentos de uso do sistema (responsabilidade do time de Adoção/Treinamento).

KPIs: Tempo médio de ativação. Incidência de erros ou retrabalho. Satisfação do cliente pós-onboarding (CSAT/NPS). Cumprimento dos padrões e processos de configuração.
