Qualificações

  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano como assistente de Pessoas ou RH.
  • Sólido conhecimento das leis trabalhistas brasileiras.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.

We are seeking a dedicated Junior People Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our team and employees, fostering a positive work environment within Brazil. The Junior People Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the People Operations Team with HR administrative activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, terminations, administration, and office operations.

The person in this role will also collaborate closely with our International People Operations team.

Responsibilities
  1. Support onboarding, admissions, and terminations (medical exams, contracts, documents, etc.)
  2. Maintain HR records, manage time tracking (absences), and vacation schedules
  3. Handle employee documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements
  4. Organize and track equipment, swag, uniforms, and onboarding kits
  5. Assist with purchases, payments, and invoice tracking via finance systems
  6. Support daily office operations (supplies, vendors, logistics)
  7. Help plan internal events and employee engagement activities
  8. Keep HR trackers and spreadsheets up to date
  9. Provide routine support to LatAm employees and cross-functional teams
  10. Promote Sporty's culture by fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment both in the office and through corporate events
Requirements
  1. Degree in HR, Business, or Psychology preferred
  2. At least 1+ year of experience as a People Operations or HR Assistant
  3. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labour laws and regulations
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  5. Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills
  6. Fluency in written and spoken English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  7. Strong data management skills and understanding of market intelligence
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  9. Availability to work from the São Paulo/SP office
