Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end operations of short- and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb;
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations;
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis;
  • Manage and analyze cash flow;
  • Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies’ bookkeeping;
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting;
  • Supervise facility staff and external contractors;
  • Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
  • Lead, train, and evaluate performance of facility staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience in property management and facilities;
  • Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate;
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication;
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
Nice to Have:
  • International experience;
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.;
  • Knowledge of property management software.
