Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

The base salary for this position is $16.53 hourly.

Nuzzled within the historic lands of Mauna Lani, our Beverage Cart Attendant will be responsible for serving food and beverages on our beautiful Francis I'i Brown golf courses. They will take and deliver all food and beverage orders, ensure accurate recording and receipt of all chits, and build relationships with guests to ensure service excellence through attentive, heartfelt service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and have a genuine spirit for guest service that exceeds expectations. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, especially those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
2. Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, regardless of busyness or time of day.
3. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
4. Handle guest complaints following procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender is preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience at a luxury property is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional appearance and manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications such as food handlers or alcohol training.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must obtain a TB Clearance.
