PERSOL in Brazil’s Norte region is seeking a customer-focused service associate for branch operations. You will help customers, promote digital platforms, and ensure a high standard of service.

The role requires staying up to date on banking products and assisting with routine enquiries while working shifts assigned by supervisors.

Job Description:

• Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where applicable.
• Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers.
• Assist in customer’s general enquiries and always ensure service delivery standard including attending service huddles with branch team.
