Amazon is seeking a Senior Vendor Services (SVS) Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. The SVS team helps Amazon’s strategic vendors grow and enhances customer experience by optimizing selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.
The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors through their team, focusing on improving vendor performance, satisfaction, and team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic alignment and decision-making. The role also involves contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement.
