Responsabilidades

  • Auditar métricas regularmente para manter alta qualidade na experiência de fornecedores e funcionários.

Role Overview

Amazon is seeking a Vendor Acceleration Program Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. The program focuses on developing mid-sized strategic vendors and enhancing their service levels and experience by fostering strong partnerships across key retail levers like selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.

The VAP is a paid service targeting mid-sized vendors (T2 vendors managed by VSP Team) who are not eligible for Amazon Vendor Service Light/Full and are underserved by existing programs. The goal is to accelerate their growth and improve customer experience through dedicated account management, operational support, and promotional participation.

The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to a large vendor portfolio through a team of Brand Specialists, ensuring improved performance, vendor satisfaction, and team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders is essential for strategic alignment and decision-making. The role also involves continuous service improvement and innovation, requiring a passion for people management, resourcefulness, and customer focus. Proven results in fast-paced environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and category functions to define priorities based on vendor needs.
  2. Manage a team of Brand Specialists, overseeing joint business plans for vendors and delivering business impact.
  3. Regularly audit metrics to maintain high quality in vendor and employee experience across sub-categories.
  4. Work with the BR SVS Central team to promote tool adoption, offshore processes, and team productivity.
  5. Develop team skills and allocate resources effectively, fostering talent growth within Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or consulting.
  • Proactive ownership and business performance drive.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
  • People management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective communication across functional groups.
  • SQL experience.
  • Experience with data dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).
