The BR AVS Central is seeking a Program Manager with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience to lead the VX & Offering workstreams within our team.

The WW Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Program offers services to help Amazon's strategic vendors grow and enhance customer experience across key retail areas such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing. These services are primarily delivered through Brand Specialists dedicated to specific vendors.

As a Program Manager for VX & Offering, you will prioritize vendor experience and ensure the delivery of relevant services. You will collaborate closely with AVS Team Leads, Vendor Managers, Instock Managers, the Vendor Experience Central Team, and other retail stakeholders to understand vendor and business needs. You will also contribute to ongoing service improvements and innovation.

Ideal candidates are passionate about deep analysis, creating scalable solutions, resourceful, customer-focused, and have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments while managing diverse stakeholder needs.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Program or project management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Proven process improvement skills using data and metrics
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL skills
• Experience defining program requirements and using data insights for improvements
• Track record of end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling frameworks
