We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Finance Assistant to support clients with accounting, tax, financial, and platform-related inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for building positive customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and effective communication. You will manage customer requests across multiple channels, ensuring each inquiry is properly documented, monitored, and resolved. Working closely with internal teams, you will help streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Requirements:

• Good argumentation and problem-solving skills, particularly when handling different customer needs and situations.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to develop professionally.
• Interest in technology, with basic knowledge of business processes and Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized in a fully remote environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Resilience and adaptability when managing varied demands and competing priorities.

Benefits:

• Salary: R$ 1,888.24 per month.
