Main Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices in the system;
  • Supporting with spreadsheet entries and email correspondence;
  • Managing document control and archiving received and sent documents;
  • Performing activities in accordance with existing procedures and norms of the management system.
Mandatory Requirements
  • High School Diploma;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in administrative routines.
