Your role and responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analyses to approve credit for the agricultural sector, ensuring decisions align with company policies.
  • Manage communication flows with banking correspondents and end customers via messaging apps, chat, and email.
  • Conduct and oversee notary activities, including liaising with notaries and clients to resolve pending documents.
  • Maintain high productivity and quality standards, meet targets, and adhere to deadlines and SLAs.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance performance and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the agricultural sector's demands, ensuring consistent analysis and market compliance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a results-oriented approach in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Experience with document analysis.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make assertive decisions.
  • University degree or technical qualification in Administration, Law, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing client demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proactive, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a challenging environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience in document analysis within banking or agricultural sectors.
  • Experience in digital customer service channels such as messaging apps, chat, and email.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Experience with notary activities and registry processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working under productivity and quality targets with strict deadlines and SLAs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic solutions for complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with empathy and clarity.
