NOVATECH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to oversee M&E projects from design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications while coordinating manpower and resources.

The role involves tendering, project management, site meetings, cost implications of variations, supervision of subcontractors, and QA tests. Travel to overseas locations may be required.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of various M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially semiconductor factories.
• Experience in Semiconductor industry; design/knowledge of general construction M&E works is an advantage.
• Independent, driven to meet tight schedules; highly communicative and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• The person will oversee the M&E projects from engineering design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing manpower and other resources.
• Able to travel and support oversea if required
• Undertake Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Scope

The person will oversee the M&E projects from engineering design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing manpower and other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

• Tender documents, costing and quotation.
• Project management, site meeting and coordination for issue to be resolved.
• Engineering & technical study, identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications.
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Experience in M&E contracts, documentation, and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be an advantage.
• Analyzing risks and opportunities, and conducting quality assurance tests.
• Able to travel and support oversea if required
• Undertake Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories, Chemical systems.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry, design/knowledge of general construction M&E works, is an advantage.
• Independent individual with a drive to make things work within tight schedule.
• Highly communicative and Self-motivated individual.
• Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage.
