Summary Description We are looking for an Assistant Aeronautical Systems Designer to support the development of electrical and hydromechanical systems projects in civil and military aeronautical programs. The professional will have the opportunity to develop knowledge in aeronautical design, supporting multidisciplinary teams during all phases of product development, from conception to certification. This position is intended for early-career professionals who wish to develop in the area of Aeronautical Systems Design.
Key Responsibilities
- - Assist in the creation and review of technical drawings in a 3D CAD environment;
- - Support the preparation of engineering documentation;
- - Assist in the organization of bills of materials (BOM), component lists, and other project documents;
- - Support the detailing of electrical and hydromechanical installations under the guidance of the technical team;
- - Assist in the updating and control of engineering documents;
- - Support the preparation of technical presentations and reports;
- - Assist in the analysis of interferences and integration between systems;
- - Support manufacturing, assembly, installation, and testing activities of systems when necessary;
- - Participate in the team's technical meetings, contributing to their professional development;
- - Comply with theengineering processes, procedures, and standards established by the Requirements
Education - Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related areas.
Desirable:
- - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Aeronautical Engineering (in progress).
- Experience - No prior experience required.
- - Internship experience, apprenticeship programs, or work in an industrial or aeronautical environment will be considered a plus.
4 – Technical knowledge Aeronautical Systems Project
- - Basic knowledge of technical drawing;
- - Basic knowledgeof mechanical and electrical design;
- - Interest in learning about aeronautical electrical and hydromechanical systems;
- - Basic knowledgeof reading and interpreting technical drawings;
- - Basic knowledgeof Bills of Materials (BOM).
Aeronautical Knowledge Basic knowledge in the following will be considered a plus:
- - Aeronautical Product Development Process;
- - Aeronautical electrical systems;
- - Hydraulic systems;
- - Environmental systems (AMS/ECS);
- - Fuel systems;
- - Systems integration;
- - Aeronautical manufacturing process.
Tools Basic knowledge in the following is desirable:
- - CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE;
- - Siemens NX;
- - Microsoft Office.
