Summary Description
We are looking for a Senior Aeronautical Hydromechanical Systems Designer to work on the development, integration, and detailing of hydromechanical systems in civil and military aeronautical programs. The professional will participate in all phases of the product development cycle, from conception to certification, working in a multidisciplinary team and in direct interface with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop aeronautical hydromechanical installation projects in a 3D CAD environment;
- Prepare installation layouts, integration drawings, and technical documentation;
- Develop solutions for the installation of hydraulic, environmental (AMS/ECS), fuel, propulsion, and other embedded mechanical systems;
- Specify aeronautical components, materials, piping, hoses, connections, and hardware;
- Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and engineering documentation;
- Develop integration solutions between hydromechanical systems, structures, electrical systems, and avionics;
- Perform systemintegration and segregation analyses;
- Support the manufacturing, installation, and integration of systems;
- Support development testing, qualification, and certification activities;
- Participate inthe analysis of technical requirements and their implementation in the project;
- Interact with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams in defining technical solutions;
- Prepare engineering documentation according to internal processes and certification requirements;
- Provide technical support to junior professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Requirements
Education
- Technical course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics or related areas.
Experience
- Between 6 and 10 years of experience in the design of aeronautical systems, preferably in hydromechanical systems.

Languages
- Intermediate English (reading and interpreting technical documentation).
- Advanced English will be considered a plus.
Availability
- National and international travel, when necessary.
- Willingness to work different shifts as needed by projects.
