Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in São Paulo, SP. The Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules, assist with project coordination, and handle correspondence. The role requires part-time remote work, with the majority of the work conducted at our São Paulo office.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Experience in administrative and clerical tasks
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
