Evolve the creative system to improve speed and consistency.
Manage two Gen AI Content Specialists for AI-assisted copy, localisation, and QA.
Ensure alignment between creative direction, content, and markets.
Integrate visual and content workflows for consistent messaging across languages and channels.
Support scalable localisation processes and tone-of-voice consistency.
Ensure design and content teams work from shared systems and standards.
Partner with Brand to maintain identity.
Collaborate with Marketing and CRM for campaign delivery and creativity.
Work with Product for in-product visuals or copy.
Coordinate with Design Team Lead on standards and workflows.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Team Lead who can elevate our creative output, manage a high-performing team, and combine human craft with AI-driven workflows to deliver fast, scalable, on- brand comms and visuals across all markets.

This role leads a team of AI-enabled creative designers and Gen AI Content Specialists responsible for AI-generated content, localisation, and content workflows. Together, the team delivers the full spectrum of AI- assisted visual and written creative across global markets. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of creative designers and Gen AI content specialists.
Set clear standards for visual and written craft, consistency, and excellence.
Guide the team through ideation, concept development, execution, and delivery.
Build a culture of experimentation, critique, continuous learning, and high performance.
Define workflows, quality bars, and delivery expectations across all creative outputs.
Develop ideas that directly address the communication objectives in
the brief.
Lead the creation of campaign concepts, key visuals, and overarching creative directions
Ensure all visual outputs align with brand strategy, tone, and market context.
Oversee layouts, compositions, typography systems, and multichannel design assets.
Ensure assets are delivered at scale, on time, and to a consistently high standard
Lead the team in using AI tools for rapid concepting, asset creation, and visual exploration.
Define and refine prompt frameworks across both visual and written creative.
Optimise AI workflows for style, fidelity, typography, lighting, tone, and regional nuances.
Drive automation, templating, and smart tool adoption to reduce repetitive production work
Keep the team ahead of emerging AI creative models, tools, and best practices
Oversee creation of scalable templates in Figma, Storyteq, and related tools.
Maintain shared component libraries, creative systems, and reusable design toolkits.
Support marketing self-serve workflows through well-structured, production-ready templates.
Continuously evolve the creative system to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Manage two Gen AI Content Specialists responsible for generating AI-assisted copy, localisation, and content QA.
Ensure alignment between creative direction, written content, and market requirements.
Integrate visual and content workflows to support consistent messaging across all languages and channels.
Support scalable localisation processes, content governance, and tone-of-voice consistency.
Ensure both design and content teams work from shared systems, templates, and standards
Partner with Brand to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.
Work closely with Marketing and CRM to support campaign delivery and creative experimentation.
Collaborate with Product where creative alignment is needed for in- product visuals or copy.
Maintain tight alignment with the Design Team Lead on standards, strategy, and workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in creative design, visual storytelling, and concept development.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaigns, and multi- market execution.
Experience leading and developing a design or creative team.
Ability to interpret a brief, challenge assumptions, and define strong
creative direction.
Excellent Figma skills: components, auto-layout, templates, scalablesystems.
Experience with modern AI creative tools (Midjourney, Weavy, Krea, Runway, etc.).
Ability to build production-ready templates for multi-market and
multichannel needs.
Curiosity about cultural nuance and designing effectively for different regions.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
Strong eye for brand consistency, detail, composition, and polished visual craft.
Enthusiasm for exploring new tools, workflows, and AI-driven creative methods
