Mission
As a DevOps/Infrastructure team member, your primary mission will be to help ensure that our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective, supporting the company’s rapid growth and evolving needs. You will play a critical role in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning, helping shape our platform's future.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Scaling and Stability: Contribute to the continuous scaling of our infrastructure to handle increasing loads while maintaining stability and performance. Design and implement robust and scalable architectures, automate deployment processes, and optimize resource allocation.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize infrastructure and applications for low-latency, high-throughput operation, particularly for video and audio processing.
- Cost Management: Implement strategies to optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance, including rightsizing resources, automated scaling policies, and cloud-cost savings.
- Enhancing Observability: Improve monitoring and observability capabilities with dashboards, alerts, and logs that provide actionable insights for the engineering team.
- Collaboration and Support: Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and applications and foster shared reliability responsibility.
- Security and Compliance: Contribute to security and compliance by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and technologies; proactively suggest and implement improvements and experiment with new tools.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek a highly skilled DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. You should have experience managing complex environments across cloud providers and bare-metal servers and be comfortable in high-performance settings, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the system.
Key Qualifications
- Kubernetes Mastery: Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Multi-Cloud and Bare Metal Expertise: Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and bare-metal environments.
- Infrastructure at Scale: Ability to architect and manage scalable infrastructure with distributed systems, load balancing, and automated scaling.
- Cost Optimization & Resource Management: Proficiency in monitoring and reducing resource usage while maintaining performance.
- Programming and Automation: Scripting/automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Monitoring and Observability: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, or similar.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaboration and Communication: Able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Media Processing or streaming workloads.
- Familiarity with Node.js environments at scale.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise and background in Windows-based infrastructure. You will design, build, and maintain cloud platforms and automation pipelines supporting mission-critical systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
- Support and manage Windows-based systems (Active Directory, domain configuration, Entra ID).
- Implement security controls and cloud/infrastructure security practices.
- Provide Windows system support; Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Manage and scale Kubernetes containers.
- Set up monitoring/alerting with Prometheus/Grafana.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
Key Requirements
- Must-have: Production AWS experience.
