Your role and responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture of the Salesforce environment, focusing on Media Cloud and its components.
• Lead technical decisions and support the development of integration strategies with legacy systems and external platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into sustainable and scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, including performance, security, usage limits, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor for internal teams and clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for leading technical decisions in a project based on Salesforce Media Cloud, ensuring that the solution architecture meets business requirements, is scalable, secure, and adheres to Salesforce best practices.

This professional acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, serving as a technical reference within the project. The candidate should possess experience in:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core (Sales, Service Cloud).
• Deep understanding of Media Cloud or Communication Cloud.
• Experience with data modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Knowledge of content personalization strategies and audience management in media projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
