Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is hiring a remote mobile test automation engineer to automate regression tests across iOS and Android. You will replace manual regression tests and expand coverage, working from home with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mobile test automation, preferably in Kotlin, plus experience with Firebase and Test Lab; familiarity with UiAutomator and Robolectric is a plus. Working hours are 9am–1pm EST, enabling a focused daily window.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
