Your role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Application Support and Reliability Engineer to join our team in São Paulo. You will be the first line of defense for business-critical applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, rapid incident resolution, and high service availability.

You will support Wealth Management platforms used by advisors, working closely with engineering, operations, and business teams.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Wealth Management applications, including incident triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues reported by end users or monitoring systems, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and incident management using ITSM tools.
• Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and runbooks for standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and assist in managing service health during incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure standards are met during system construction, including monitoring and observability platform maintenance and adherence. Coordinate issue escalation, bug tracking, and long-term solutions.

Your team

You will work within the IT Brazil team based in São Paulo (Ave Faria Lima). Our team analyzes, develops, and delivers global solutions to maintain or change IT systems, collaborating with business counterparts. Being part of the IT development department offers opportunities to work with advanced technology and financial market professionals.

Work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Solid understanding of Windows systems, application servers, IIS, and related infrastructure. Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, BigPanda, Splunk).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident workflows, including Atlas and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management domain.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English for daily communication with global teams.
