Senior Application Support Analyst

Hybrid Model- Tuesday to saturday - 8 am to 5pm

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the success of our transportation management solutions. With expertise in PL/SQL Shell scripting Oracle Oracle Forms and Weblogic (nice to have) the candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of systems. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English Portuguese and Spanish ensuring effective communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support maintenance and fix development of transportation management systems using PL/SQL and Oracle Forms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
• Analyze system requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Utilize language skills in English Portuguese and Spanish to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance system capabilities.
• Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in PL/SQL Shell scripting Oracle Forms to effectively lead technical projects.
• Demonstrate experience in transportation management domain to understand and address industry-specific challenges.
• Exhibit proficiency in English Portuguese and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles showcasing a solid track record of successful project delivery.
• Show adaptability to hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
• Display strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and design effective solutions.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
