Spring Professional Portugal procura um Senior End User Computer Engineer para integrar o time de End User Computing em uma empresa multinacional do setor de saúde, baseada em Lisboa. O(a) profissional será responsável por suporte 3º nível, implantação de projetos e gestão de identidades em ambientes O365, Azure AD e Okta.

O papel requer domínio de Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams e scripting em PowerShell, com foco em automação, segurança e operação contínua.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência em ambiente corporativo com Office 365 e tecnologias em nuvem.
• Conhecimento profundo do O365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint e Teams.
• Experiência com SAML, OKTA e gestão de identidades.
• Administração do Azure Active Directory e GPOs.
• Scripting com PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte de 3ª linha e entrega de projetos em ambiente O365.
• Gerenciar integrações SAML e regras de automação em Okta.
• Atuar como ponto de escalonamento para a segunda linha.
• Criar e manter documentação técnica.
• Manuseio de incidentes, problemas e mudanças.
• Cobrir áreas de SCCM, Active Directory conforme necessário.
• Acompanhar o roadmap do Office 365 para alinhamento com requisitos de negócio.

Spring Professional is looking for a Senior End User Computer Engineer (m/f), to work within the End User Computing team for a multinational company in the health sector, based in Lisbon.

Duties And Responsabilities

• Responsible for providing 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery, for the Hybrid Exchange 2013, Exchange Online, Teams (including Direct Routing) and OneDrive within O365;
• Responsible for updates to SAML integrations and automation rules within Okta Identity Management system to aid continuous improvement to our onboarding/offboarding processes;
• Be a point of escalation for the second line support team, providing high-end technical support as appropriate;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
• Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution;
• Flexible approach and be willing to provide cover for colleagues in the following areas: SCCM & Active Directory;
• Keep up to date with the Office 365 roadmap to ensure that service changes are managed in line with business requirements whilst maintaining appropriate data security.

Technical Profile

• 5+ years proven experience in a global organization driving business outcomes using the Ofifce 365 environment and other cloud technologies (Azure Automation);
• Deep knowledge and experience of the O365 suite including Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune and Autopilot using both GUI and Powershell;
• Deep knowledge of Hybrid Exchange environment and mail flow best practices (SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC);
• O365 administration of services including reporting;
• Scripting experience including rue based automation (Azure Automation or similar);
• Azure Active Directory, Active Directory & GPOs;
• Experience with configuring and administrating OKTA or other identity management provider.
