The Role

As a Senior Associate in RepTrak’s Global Advisory team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reputation-focused analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. This is a fully remote role supporting a multi-region portfolio and contributing to high-impact client work.

Working closely with Advisory team Directors and peers, you will help leading global organizations translate complex data into meaningful business action. This role requires native proficiency in both English and Portuguese to support our regional client base effectively and communicate insights across diverse markets.

• Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, contributing to meetings and developing a strong understanding of each client's business priorities and stakeholder landscape.
• Analyze RepTrak’s proprietary reputation data to identify key trends, stakeholder sentiment shifts, and strategic opportunities.
• Support client advisory across key domains, including brand and reputation, ESG, corporate communications effectiveness, and risk management.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members to translate insights into actionable recommendations that solve complex business challenges.
• Create clear and engaging content—from strategic reports to visual presentations—that effectively communicate data-driven narratives.
• Participate in the delivery of client presentations, preparing content and contributing insights that bring the data to life.
• Navigate Power BI, Excel, and the RepTrak platform to surface insights and build reporting outputs with speed and accuracy.
• Actively align with the global Advisory team, contributing to a shared set of processes, tools, and best practices that drive consistency and quality across all client work.

Professional Qualifications Required

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, market research, insights, branding, or communications, preferably in client-facing or data-focused roles.
• Native-level fluency in both English and Portuguese, with the ability to collaborate effectively, present insights, and engage in strategic conversations with native speakers in Brazil and North America.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling stories that influence decision-making.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Curiosity and adaptability in using AI-powered tools to improve client service, automate tasks, and contribute to evolving internal best practices.
• Excellent critical thinking, analysis, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

• This is a fully remote position, based in Brazil, with alignment to clients and teams across the Americas.
• Some travel may be required for client meetings, team sessions, or company events.
