Jobgether procura Analista Funcional | Dados Mestres no Brasil. O(a) profissional acompanhará governança, integração entre ERP/CRM e plataformas de comércio eletrônico, assegurando integridade e qualidade de dados mestres em ambientes corporativos.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal possui experiência com MDM, modelagem de dados e pipelines de dados, além de domínio em integrações via APIs e Web Services. O desafio envolve apoiar transformações digitais e conformidade regulatória LGPD/GDPR.

Qualificações

• Formação superior em TI/Engenharia/SI ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência com Master Data Management (MDM) e ambientes ERP.
• Conhecimentos de modelagem de dados (conceitual, lógico e físico).
• Experiência com integração via APIs, Web Services, IDocs e middleware.
• Capacidade de troubleshooting técnico e análise de causa raiz.
• Proficiente em ferramentas do Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar e manter estruturas de dados mestres (produtos, clientes, fornecedores) com precisão.
• Desenvolver regras técnicas de validação, enriquecimento e qualidade de dados.
• Suportar integrações entre ERP, CRM, plataformas de e-commerce e outros sistemas.
• Analisar e resolver incidentes relacionados a dados mestres.
• Planejar e executar testes funcionais, técnicos e de integração.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos e automação de dados.
• Contribuir para iniciativas de governança de dados e conformidade LGPD/GDPR.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Funcional | Dados Mestres based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about governance, system integration, and process optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and quality of master data across corporate systems, supporting strategic business operations and digital transformation initiatives. Working in a collaborative and innovation-focused environment, you will translate business needs into functional and technical specifications while driving improvements in data processes and governance frameworks. The position offers exposure to ERP, CRM, and e-commerce ecosystems, enabling you to contribute directly to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the evolution of enterprise data management practices.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain master data structures related to products, customers, and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.


• Develop, review, and implement technical rules for data validation, enrichment, standardization, and quality control.


• Support and oversee integrations between ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and other corporate systems, guaranteeing data synchronization and integrity.


• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests related to master data processes.


• Plan and execute functional, technical, and integration tests associated with master data initiatives.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of data maintenance and loading activities.


• Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to technical standards, information security requirements, compliance policies, and applicable regulations.


• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning requirements and promoting best practices in master data management.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Master Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar functional role.


• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and ERP environments.


• Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.


• Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, IDocs, middleware solutions, and file-based integrations.


• Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.


• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.


• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging, data quality and governance tools, CRM or e-commerce platforms, agile methodologies, and knowledge of data privacy regulations such as LGPD and GDPR will be considered strong advantages.
