Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an FP&A professional to lead financial planning and analysis for assigned business lines. You will manage monthly closing, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for headcount and indirect costs, partnering with stakeholders to provide insights and drive forecast accuracy.

You will build data-driven models, support decision-making in a fast-paced environment, ensure budget compliance, and prepare management reports for leadership.

• Monthly update and forecast of headcount and related expenses and indirect expenses.
• Work closely with hiring managers, business line representatives and segment finance team.
• Create predictable model based on historical data to improve forecast and budget accuracy.
• Prepare the yearly budget for Headcount, employee expenses and OPEX.
• Provide insightful proposals regarding target achievements.
• Approve purchasing requests and personnel requisitions with budget control.

This role is responsible for managing financial planning and analysis activities for assigned business lines, including monthly closing, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for headcount and indirect costs. It partners closely with business stakeholders to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy through data‑driven modeling. The position also ensures budget compliance, prepares management reports, and supports decision‑making in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Main tasks

• Manage all activities listed below for the business lines assigned to his/her job responsibility.
• Participate in monthly closing process.
• Analyze and comment plan‑actual‑forecast variances related to headcount and indirect cost.
• Prepare monthly management summary about the result to main stakeholders, highlight the main risks and opportunities, organize regular reviews.
• Monthly update, forecast of headcount and all related expenses and the indirect expenses (marketing, travel, consulting etc.).
• Work closely with main stakeholders, hiring managers, representative of business line, and with segment finance team.
• Create predictable model based on historical data to improve forecast and budget accuracy considering available information about hiring, fluctuation, OPEX seasonality, one time OPEX impacts.
• Prepare the yearly budget for Headcount, employee related expenses and OPEX.
• Provide insightful proposals regarding target achievements.
• Approve purchasing requests and personnel requisitions with budget control.
