Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Finance Operations professional in Brazil to consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual statements and support reporting for Finance & Controlling. You will work with IFRS, GAAP and local standards, analyzing assets, liabilities and tax obligations to optimize payments.

The role includes coordinating with vendors and clients, improving financial processes, and training staff on guidelines and procedures as needed.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP and local accounting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, prepares and consolidates balance sheet and P&L statements per IFRS/GAAP/local standards.
• Prepares reports for unit or Finance & Controlling management.
• Analyzes assets and liabilities.
• Analyzes tax obligations and suggests tax optimization.
• Contributes analyses for the annual financial report.
• Maintains bank contacts and contributes to Finance & Controlling activities.
• Improves general financial processes through projects.
• Cooperates with vendors and clients to reconcile accounts.
• Keeps up with internal and external accounting guidelines.

Executes consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements and keeps abreast of changes in internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

• Plans, prepares and consolidates balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).
• Prepares reports for unit or "Finance&Controlling" management.
• Analyzes and evaluates assets and liabilities.
• May analyze tax obligations and recommends measures to optimize tax payments.
• Contributes with analyses relevant for annual financial report.
• May maintain operational bank contacts, and contributes in "Finance&Controlling" activities.
• Completes projects concerning improvements of general financial processes.
• Cooperates with vendors, clients in reconciling the account status, on an accountable level.
• Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards, and trains Accounting Operations staff respectively.
