As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to the success of your team and the daily operations in our warehouses and distribution centres. You will work in the Human and Organizational Development area, focusing on promoting integration, engagement, and alignment among employees, strengthening organizational culture, and fostering inclusion and diversity. Your responsibilities include managing internal communication campaigns aligned with company goals and values, creating content, and identifying opportunities for communication improvements across different areas.

What we would like you to bring

• Development and execution of internal communication strategies, such as newsletters, notices, and corporate emails
• Production of communication materials, including texts, images, and videos for various channels like intranet, digital platforms, and internal events
• Monitoring internal communication projects from planning through execution and evaluation
• Development and implementation of action plans to promote diversity and inclusion, considering various aspects like gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, and others
• Conducting training and awareness activities on diversity and inclusion topics to foster a fair and welcoming work environment for all
• Supporting the Training and Development area and Wellbeing initiatives
