Lever, Inc. is partnering to fill a Senior QA Analyst role based in Brazil. You will contribute from early stages, shaping testing strategy across complex applications and business processes, and drive quality across squads.

The position emphasizes both functional and non-functional testing, including automation, performance, and security, with opportunities to mentor others and promote quality best practices within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Solid professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience testing Java and Angular applications.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience creating test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of test automation.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing.
• Strong SQL and database query skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate from the early stages of projects, contributing to requirements analysis, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify systemic impacts and delivery risks while maintaining a broad view of business processes and related systems.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned with project objectives.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and automated tests.
• Plan and support non-functional testing, including performance, load, security, and data persistence testing.
• Validate system integrations and ensure consistency of business rules.
• Register, track, and support the resolution of defects and non-conformities with development teams.
• Work across multiple projects and squads simultaneously, collaborating to ensure delivery quality.
• Produce quality indicators, metrics, and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
