Evolution Gaming Limited in São Paulo seeks a proactive Promotions Coordinator to oversee promotional activities and coordinate with internal teams and clients. You will consult on campaigns, organize rollouts, and help decorate gaming floors for events, while leading aspects of the promotions team.

The role requires advanced English, strong communication, and leadership, with a focus on creativity and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating promotional activities with internal departments and clients.
• Consulting clients on promotions and projects (verbal and written).
• Organizing and rolling out campaigns per client requests.
• Generating creative promotions and ideas.
• Producing promotional reports in cooperation with databases.
• Co-leading the promotions team.
• Managing promotional storage and inventory.
• Decorating gaming floors for special events.
• Providing support to Evolution studios on promotions.
• Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks.
• Replacing colleagues during absences as needed.

Description du poste

• Coordinating promotional activities and cooperation with all involved internal departments and corporate clients;
• Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
• Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the clients’ requests;
• Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas;
• Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database;
• Co-leading the promotions team;
• Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory;
• Decorating the gaming floors for special events
• Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions;
• Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;

• Execution of job duties requires:
