Qualificações

• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
• Availability to work on-site in Blumenau, Santa Catarina (SC).
• Proficiency in English.

The Opportunity:

The Import Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the importation process to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. Availability to work on-site in Blumenau, Santa Catarina (SC).

• Import Operation: Oversee the entire import process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review import documentation to ensure compliance with international trade laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import regulations and tariffs to minimize risks and avoid delays.
• Cost Management: Monitor and report on logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and utilize KPIs to track the efficiency and effectiveness of import operations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on import activities and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal Business Units to align logistics activities with business objectives.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Administration, Foreign Trade, Engineer and related;
• Experience in Transportation, Logistics, and Customs Operations, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, OSGT.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
• Availability to work on-site in Blumenau, Santa Catarina (SC).
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
