Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IAM Analyst based in Brazil to protect and govern access to critical enterprise resources. You will manage full access lifecycle, from provisioning to revocation, and drive automation to replace manual tasks.

The role blends information security, data analysis, and operational improvements and requires collaboration with technology, security, operations, and external providers.

Qualificações

• Experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, access governance and controls.
• Hands-on with Python, PowerShell, SQL and REST APIs.
• Experience with process automation and data processing.
• Ability to identify security risks and improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration with tech, operations and business teams.
• Experience with IAM solutions like Microsoft Entra ID or SailPoint is desirable.
• Experience in large-scale operations, call centers, or high-user volumes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support and evolve IAM processes covering access creation, modification, revocation, and periodic access reviews.
• Analyze access processes across service operations, call centers, and BPO environments to identify security risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop automation, scripts, and system integrations to reduce manual activities and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with APIs, databases, data-processing routines, and operational indicators to strengthen controls and support decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving identities, access permissions, system integrations, and operational workflows.
• Apply security and governance principles to access management processes, including RBAC and SoD.
• Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Operations, business stakeholders, and suppliers to design secure and scalable solutions.
• Analyze operational data and processes to identify root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives from problem identification through solution implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution of IAM operations by challenging existing processes and developing more efficient, secure, and scalable approaches.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Information Security, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), access governance, and security controls.
• Practical knowledge of system integrations and technologies such as Python, PowerShell, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with process automation, scripting, data processing, and the development of operational indicators.
• Ability to analyze processes and data to identify security risks, root causes, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience with IAM solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, password vaults, or secure browser technologies is desirable.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, call centers, BPOs, or environments with high volumes of users is a plus.
• Knowledge of architecture, microservices, networks, protocols, and infrastructure is desirable.
• Experience leading or contributing to transformation, automation, and operational process improvement projects is advantageous.
• Ability to understand complex problems, challenge existing processes, and translate business and operational needs into practical technology solutions.
