Responsibilities include analyzing and understanding the development needs for tools that support and integrate with partners and suppliers, based on client portfolio demands. Interact directly with clients and partners to understand their needs and seek optimal solutions. Develop mappings of necessary information using existing tools and files, and forward these to the Business Executive. Prepare the 'Business Case' for approved solutions, oversee testing, and facilitate client installation. Record all relevant data and information in the management system (CRM), ensuring all client needs are documented until the mapping is ready for integration. Evaluate client needs considering the application of the standard reference model in proposed solutions.

Specific and Desirable Knowledge:

• Knowledge in SQL and Python for building reports, summaries, and process controls.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, data sources, and dashboard creation (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
• Commitment to deadlines, work hours, and corporate behaviors.
• Availability for onsite work at the client’s location.
• Experience in executing repetitive daily processes.
