Senior Data Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $4,000–$6,000 USD/month

Due to business reasons, working on-site is a non-negotiable requirement). Additionally, considering that our clients are based in the United States, availability to work on U.S. holidays is required.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong command of SQL, and is fluent in English. Looker and DBT are not mandatory, but considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using DBT.
• Develop and manage insightful dashboards and reports in Looker.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze, extract, and manipulate data effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL is a must. Looker and DBT will be a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).

a) Some management experience is a plus. b) You must be an independent worker who makes sound, responsible decisions and consistently meets deadlines without the need for micromanagement.
