Air Products, a global leader in industrial gases with over 80 years of experience, invites you to join our team as a Data Analyst (Business Process and Data Automation). In this role, you will generate operational intelligence, predictive insights, and scalable efficiency across various company departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Science & Advanced Analytics:
• Predictive modeling (e.g., churn, purchase propensity, elasticity – excluding pricing).
• Advanced segmentation (clustering, etc.).
• AI/ML projects for actionable insights and predictive assistants (e.g., lead scoring, campaign optimization).
• Applying statistical models to structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data science and data engineering teams in the US and EU, along with Continuous Improvement and IT departments.

• BI & Performance Reporting:
• Develop dashboards focused on decision-making.
• Manage KPIs (pricing, intelligence, communication, internal information, campaign ROI, engagement, demand generation, CX).
• Prepare executive reports for regional and global leadership (support governance).
• Create accessible data repositories and catalogs (data democratization).

• Business Process Automation & Improvement:
• Automate routines (RPA, scripts, workflows with Power Automate).
• Review and simplify internal workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects for efficiency and customer experience.
• Interface with the global Business Transformation area.
• Document processes and all developments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related B2B areas.
• Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, AWS, Power Platform, QlikSense, and Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Desirable: experience with SAP, BW, or other reporting systems.
