A Air Products,empresa multinacional com mais de 80 anos de atuação no setor industrial de gases do ar, te convida a fazer parte da equipecomo Analista Dados (Business Process and Data Automation), para gerar inteligência operacional, insights preditivos e eficiência escalável para diversas áreas da empresa.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Modelagem preditiva (ex.: churn, propensão de compra, elasticidade – exceto pricing).

• Segmentação avançada (clustering, etc)

• Projetos de AI/ML (Machine Learning) para insights acionáveis e assistentes preditivos (ex.: lead scoring, otimização de campanhas).

• Aplicação de modelos estatísticos em bases estruturadas e não estruturadas.

• Interface com outros times de data Science e engenharia de dados (EUA e EU), Melhoria Contínua e TI.

BI & Performance Reporting

• Desenvolvimento de dashboards com foco em tomada de decisão.

• Gestão integrada de KPIs (preços, inteligência, comunicação, informações internas, ROI de campanhas, engajamento, geração de demanda, CX).

• Relatórios executivos para liderança regional e global (suporte à governança).

• Criação de repositórios e catálogos de dados acessíveis (data democratization).

Business Process Automation & Improvement

• Automatização de rotinas (RPA, scripts, workflows com Power Automate).

• Revisão e simplificação de fluxos em áreas internas.

• Apoio em projetos transversais de eficiência e customer experience.

• Interface com a área global de Business Transformation.

• Documentação dos processos e de todos os desenvolvimentos

Requisitos:

• Formação: Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência anterior em análise de dados, preferencialmente em Marketing, Vendas ou áreas relacionadas e em empresas B2B.

• Conhecimento em Python, R, SQL, AWS, Power Platform, Qliksense e Excel.

• Inglês avançado

• Espanhol é um diferencial

• Desejável conhecimento em SAP, BW ou outro sistema de relatórios.
