Levi’s is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) data products with a primary focus on consumer insights and loyalty applications. This role is pivotal in driving a data-driven approach to understanding consumer behavior, informing loyalty strategy, providing a foundational consumer understanding to the company as well as enhancing engagement strategies across our digital and in-store experiences. Importantly, you will translate complex data into meaningful narratives that empower decision-making across our loyalty and consumer product, commercial and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor and great storyteller who has experience solving business problems with data-driven tools. You will take full ownership of analytical projects from end to end, including performing data analysis, building dashboards, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve Levi’s consumer understanding.

This position is available to candidates located in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. We invite applications from individuals in this location.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand consumer behavior, loyalty engagement, acquisition and retention trends. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of loyalty and consumer initiatives.
  • Analyze consumer lifecycle and engagement trends, and loyalty activity to inform product and business teams to refine loyalty program effectiveness and enhance consumer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Create and evolve dashboards that track loyalty and consumer engagement, providing actionable insights to commercial, product, and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide data-driven guidance that influences strategy.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure data availability, introduce new data fields, and enhance data quality for improved consumer insights.
  • Partner with the A/B testing team to design experiments, perform pre- and post-analysis, and provide insights that drive consumer engagement strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Translate complex consumer data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure insights lead to informed decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and technical excellence across the team, ensuring consumer insights drive meaningful business impact.
Your background
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data: identifying insights and providing strategic recommendations to drive business impact.
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development: preferred hands-on expertise in Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power BI to present insights effectively.
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL (Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift/Aurora) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data automation to enhance consumer insights and loyalty strategies.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills and ability to translate data-driven insights into clear, concise executive summaries for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Previous experience working in retail, consumer analytics, or loyalty teams is a plus.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field with quantitative focus (Master’s degree is a plus).
