We’re seeking a Delivery Station Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Vitoria - ES. You’ll operate out of one of our dynamic Delivery Stations: they are at the heart of Amazon’s rapidly growing Operations and Logistics network, where we sort and process parcels.

As a Delivery Station Manager, you’ll provide inspiring, supportive leadership for your teams. You’ll also be hands-on, stepping in whenever necessary.

You’ll be responsible for developing a team of Shift Managers and their reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Your leadership quality is crucial: you’ll motivate and inspire your teams to excel, while planning schedules that meet both their needs and business goals.

Another key aspect is leading process improvement projects to streamline activities. Your ideas and innovations could be implemented across Amazon’s network, offering a significant opportunity for impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain health and safety standards, fostering a safety-first culture on-site.
2. Become proficient in large-scale processes within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits.
3. Handle data collection and update operational metrics hourly.
4. Achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and enhance customer experience.
5. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, Security, and IT on staffing and performance.
6. Lead process changes and contribute to Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader network.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in employee and performance management.
• Leadership experience with large, diverse teams.
• Expertise in production or supply chain areas, with a strong track record in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean, and related methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under stress.
