Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is offering an on-site internship in Betim, MG, starting in Q1 2027. The program seeks students with analytical thinking, collaboration, and a customer-obsessed mindset to work across Talent Development, People Analytics, HR Operations, or Organizational Capability.

The internship is 12 months, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, on-site 5 days a week. Strong Excel skills and bilingual English capabilities are valued to drive insights for Amazon’s HR

About The Internship Program

We're looking for students with a profile of analytical thinking, collaboration, and customer obsession to work with Human Resources across different areas of Amazon. Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Students with an expected graduation date in line with the program rules (Jul 2028)
• Degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, and related fields
• An analytical, proactive profile with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for people, culture, and organizational development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
• Intermediate English required; advanced English will be considered a differentiator
• Availability to intern for 12 months, 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week) during business hours, working on-site 5x per week

• Written and verbal proficiency in English communication.
