Job Description:
This role focuses on client satisfaction and retention to build loyalty, while overseeing operations.
It is a key operations role within Gigabrain, serving the public.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Oversee client milestones and monitor progress at 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Complete all client tasks timely.
- Verify and discover ongoing pain points, ensuring they are resolved.
- Lead retention efforts through proposals, negotiations, and upselling.
- Monitor customer satisfaction via quarterly surveys.
- Recommend strategic improvements for clients.
- Ensure client requirements are met within timelines.
- Understand clients’ business, competition, and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on client performance to meet goals.
- Perform account audits and onboarding audits.
- Complete regular board reviews and ensure design tiers and work progress are on track.
- Update ClickUp profiles and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure team completes training videos and operates Amazon audits and assist desk.
- Understand client churn and establish clear communication channels.
KPIs:
- 90% of Amazon clients hit 100% ad spend budget.
- Churn rate less than 7.5% per month.
- Audit completion and follow-up within 5 business days.
- Active clients leaving Google reviews and billing for bonuses.
- 95% client launch success within 7 days.
- Less than 20% negative feedback during offboarding.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience or similar knowledge.
- Preferably 2+ years agency experience and management experience.
- Comfortable with fast-changing environments and multitasking.
- Proficient with Zoom, Slack, ClickUp or similar tools.
- Passionate about project management and client growth.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time remote position, 40 hours/week, with an immediate start. Working hours are 6-11 am PST, with flexible hours beyond that. Requires a quiet workspace, fast internet, webcam, and microphone.
