ANTAS PTE. LTD. in Norte Brazil seeks an experienced Splunk ITSI specialist to design dashboards, monitor performance, and lead incident analysis. You will implement ML-based anomaly detection and collaborate on CMDB integration with ServiceNow.

The role requires strong SPL, Python, and Linux scripting skills, plus ITIL knowledge to enhance service reliability. Expect a hands-on environment shaping proactive observability.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, SPL, and observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
• Experience with Python, Linux scripting, event management, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of ITIL, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
