Baires Dev is hiring an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will work primarily in Python with some frontend tasks, on a production system that continues to evolve.

Expect to work 100% remotely, with compensation in USD or local currency. The role requires 7+ years of software development, English fluency, and experience with Lang Chain/Graph, RAG pipelines, and AWS. PST hours are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and building production AI systems.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain or Lang Graph.
• Experience running LLMs in production and building RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Advanced level of English and ability to work PST hours.

Responsabilités
