This is an opportunity to join a growing AI & Automation team focused on building real-world applications that deliver measurable business value. The team is moving beyond experimentation and proof-of-concepts into production-grade systems used by customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

If you're a software engineer who uses AI to build better software, not someone who simply prompts AI tools, this could be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready software solutions
• Build AI-enabled applications and automation workflows
• Evaluate and implement new technologies through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, and technical best practices
• Integrate AI services, APIs, and automation platforms into business applications
• Help drive the adoption of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development

Qualifications

• Strong software design and problem-solving skills
• Experience building and supporting production applications

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across multiple projects

Technical Environment

Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:

• .NET/ C#
• Node.js

• MongoDB or document databases
• REST APIs
• Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• AI integrations and automation platforms
• CodeRAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• n8n or similar workflow automation tools
